프론트엔드부터 API layer, database, infrastructure, agent architecture까지 전체 기술 스택을 아우르는 주요 deliverable의 end-to-end 설계 및 구현, 확장 가능한 소프트웨어 서비스 개발, 파트너 팀의 자율성을 유지하면서 엔지니어링 복잡성 제거, AI를 활용한 코딩·디버깅·문제 해결, 소프트웨어 엔지니어·PM·TPM·파트너 팀과의 협업, 엔지니어 리딩 및 멘토링.

필수: 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience, 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience, 5+ years of leading design or architecture(design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience, mentor/tech lead/engineering team leadership 경험, full-stack coding expertise, AI agent concepts(context management, memory systems, LLMs) 이해, 품질/일관성/유지보수성/성능/보안 중시, 빠른 학습 능력과 모호성 대응 능력. 우대: 5+ years of full software development life cycle(coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, operations) 경험, Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
