필수: 3+ years of engineering team management experience, 7+ years of working directly within engineering teams experience, 3+ years of designing or architecting new and existing systems experience, 8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi tier web services experience, engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle 이해, product or program management 팀과의 협업 경험. 우대: users/other technical teams/senior leadership과의 커뮤니케이션 경험, Software Engineers 채용·멘토링·코칭·관리 경험.
