Sr. Software Development Manager, Integrated Vehicle Test

20명+ 규모의 소프트웨어 엔지니어·데이터 과학자·매니저·TPM 조직 리드, 미션 크리티컬 인프라 개발 조직 구축 및 운영, IVT 소프트웨어 제품의 concept부터 operations까지 전체 라이프사이클 관리, R&D 및 manufacturing 팀이 satellite hardware flight readiness를 판단할 수 있는 infrastructure/services/tooling 제공, terrestrial 및 space 환경을 아우르는 cross-organization initiative 리딩, mission critical systems 설계에 대한 기술 가이드 제공, 팀 성장 목표 및 조직 전략 수립, IVT systems KPI 정의·관리·모니터링, error cause analysis 및 issue resolution 주도하여 성능 개선.

필수: 10+ years of engineering experience, 5+ years of engineering team management experience, 10+ years of software development experience, product/program management 팀과의 협업 경험, Agile 환경에서 다수의 프로그램/프로젝트 및 개발팀 관리 경험, hardware/software systems 설계 및 검증 경험, Engineering and Testing fundamentals에 대한 탄탄한 이해. 우대: full software/hardware/networks development life cycle 전반의 engineering practices and patterns 지식(coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, livesite operations 포함), space hardware test processes(GEVS / SMC-S-016) 관련 test plans/protocols 개발 경험, space hardware testing programs를 위한 test software 개발 경험, 복합 통합 로보틱스 시스템 또는 자율 surface/air/space vehicles용 소프트웨어의 개발 및 테스트 실무 경험.
