Kiro의 기술 방향성과 아키텍처 수립, 자율적으로 동작하는 에이전트/개발자 도구 기능 개발, 세션·상태·컨텍스트 관리 설계, 고객과 협업하여 실제 개발 과제 파악 및 제품 기능화, production system 구축 및 운영, CI/CD 기반 배포/운영, 응답성·사용성·크로스플랫폼 동작 개선, 확장성·신뢰성·보안 기준 충족.

필수: 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience, 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience, 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience, Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team. 우대: 5+ years of full software development life cycle experience including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations, Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
