Blitz Dynamics - Product Manager

Blitz Dymanics Inc. builds a kitchen where the division of labor is applied in the food production processes as the novel means of producing food in the market and provides fulfillment services directly to customers. The company aims to bring the way humanity produces food and beverages forward by innovating the necessary offline infrastructure. As part of the Operations Automation Team, I took responsibility for various tasks, from designing and implementing the plant's production processes, developing the existing functions, and building the plant's functional software including UI/UX. • Cut material cost through balanced and reduced material use, minimizing losses during the production process • Reduced the sold-out rate by designing and implementing a new production planning system for preparation • Accelerated the plant’s prepping processes by redesigning the plant’s layout and optimizing foot traffic • Estimated the managing cost of the plant and reduced it by implementing managing the 70 functional RnRs • Took full charge of inventory management and prepping processes, overseeing the prepping resources and schedules • Redesigned and implemented a production planning system based on the inventory flow analysis using Excel

WonderGames - Product Designer Intern

Our team aimed to create a game with a novel ecosystem based on user-driven item production and trading economy. This system would not rely solely on direct item sales from the game company, which prevailed in the market with the most effectively proven business model. To achieve a such goal, we conducted extensive research on various concurrent in-game economic systems and emerging P2E (Play-to-Earn) economic models to inform our strategy. Building upon this research, we designed a prototype game that allowed us to experiment with our hypotheses and evaluate the potential of both a more sustainable business model. My role was focused on designing features of an MMORTS game based on the extensive research on the in-game economic models and their revenue models from both online games and emerging P2E games including EVE Online, MapleStory, STEPN, and The Sandbox.

WooStories is a storyteling communication program based for local communities. We organize sessions with people from various backgrounds and identities, such as different skin colors, genders, and cultures, and encourage them to share their personal stories with each other. Through storytelling, WooStories aims to empower understanding of differences and foster a more inclusive community. I designed the program, organized a team, and led the entire operations processes.
