고객 계정의 엔드투엔드 기술 전략 수립 및 실행, 초기 discovery부터 production deployment와 consumption growth까지 책임, 데이터 엔지니어링·ML/AI·실시간 분석을 아우르는 확장 가능한 아키텍처 설계, 고객 기술 리더와의 architecture discussion/whiteboarding/design review/trade-off analysis 주도, 경쟁 상황에서 Databricks 차별점 기술적으로 입증, DSAs/SSAs/Partners 등과 협업해 복합 솔루션 제공, 고객 요구사항과 경쟁 격차를 구조화하여 제품팀에 피드백 제공, 팀 내 특정 기술 도메인(archetype) 전문성 개발 및 선언

필수: 6+ years in solutions architecture, data engineering, technical pre-sales, or a senior hands-on technical role. Strong coding proficiency in Python and SQL, including live coding, debugging, and solution-building. Deep expertise in distributed data systems architecture, scalable pipelines, streaming architectures, lakehouse patterns, and cloud-native data platforms. Proficient on the Databricks Platform or ability to achieve proficiency rapidly. Ability to lead architecture discussions with senior technical stakeholders, including whiteboarding, design reviews, and trade-off analysis. Experience with production deployments on public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including infrastructure, security, and governance. Track record of driving platform adoption and consumption growth. Excellent communication skills. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a quantitative discipline, or equivalent experience. 우대: Databricks certifications (Data Engineer, ML, Platform), competitive platforms (Snowflake, AWS native services, Azure Synapse) 경험, data/AI company 또는 cloud provider 경력, Financial Services/Healthcare/Retail/Media 등 산업 도메인 전문성.
