Engineering Manager, Access Management

Stripe 내부 사용자 접근을 보호하는 인증·인가 인프라 및 툴링 구축, secure user access를 위한 primitives 제공, system/resource owner가 자체 서비스에 authentication/authorization controls를 적용하도록 지원, security best practices를 이해관계자에게 전파, 고가용성·고신뢰·fault-tolerant 플랫폼 운영, 대규모 기술 프로젝트 리딩, 엔지니어 멘토링 및 팀 역량 강화.

필수: scalable, resilient, observable systems 구축 및 운영 경험, engineering leadership 기술 역량, high-availability infrastructure 구축 능력, 내부·외부 의존성이 있는 large technical projects 리드 경험. 우대: authentication and authorization primitives 경험, Single Sign-On(SSO) 전략 및 identity federation(Shibboleth, Google SSO 등) 경험, SOX 및 PCI 등 compliance standards 이해, 엔지니어 멘토링 및 성장 지원 역량, 전략적 사고, 기술 부채와 기능 개발의 균형, 강한 커뮤니케이션 및 팀 간 영향력.
