개인상해 사건 중심의 소송 실무 직접 수행, 소송 전략 수립 및 실행, discovery/motion practice/witness preparation/trial and appellate strategies 진행, 소송 해결(resolution) 전략 관련 의사결정 참여, current law and regulations 분석 및 제품·서비스 적용, outside counsel 관리(전술 가이드, staffing, case management, budgeting), management 및 타 부서에 법률 자문 제공, insurance carriers 및 제3자와의 커뮤니케이션 유지

필수: 5년 이상 소송(litigation) 경험, leading law firm 또는 in-house 경력, J.D. from a top-tier law school, active member of a state bar in good standing. 우대: prior in-house experience, technology clients advising experience as outside counsel. 기타: excellent problem-solving, judgment, communication, interpersonal skills, 자율적 업무 수행 능력, 팀워크, 빠르게 변화하는 환경 적응력, 복잡한 업무 및 우선순위 변경 대응 능력, transportation 및 ridesharing 산업 이해.
