Enterprise 고객과 협력하여 ElevenLabs Agents Platform 기반 대화형 에이전트 구축 및 배포 지원. 에이전트 설계, 페르소나, 대화 흐름, 도구 통합, 음성 사용자 정의 관련 컨설팅 제공. 웹, 모바일, 전화 등 다양한 환경에서 에이전트 배포 및 확장 관련 모범 사례 안내. 기존 데이터 소스 및 시스템과의 에이전트 통합 지원. 에이전트 성능 데이터 및 대화 로그 분석을 통한 개선 기회 발굴. 매출 증대 및 고객 유지를 위한 확장 기회 발굴 및 실행.

7+ years of Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Enterprise Partnership roles, supporting complex B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products, with at least 3-5 years in a senior/strategic role. Demonstrated experience managing large, complex enterprise accounts with a proven track record of driving NRR and retention. Proven experience driving revenue outcomes, including owning a revenue quota and identifying, qualifying, and closing cross-sell opportunities along with renewals. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing C-level executives and key stakeholders. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate complex product capabilities to non-technical audiences. Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying client risks and opportunities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt to evolving business needs. Familiarity and experience with building and deploying AI agents. Familiarity and experience with API Integrations, and comfort and knowledge of navigating SDKs. Preferred: Experience in audio AI space
