7+ years of professional experience, of which 5+ years of experience are in demand generation in a high-growth SaaS startup. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; skilled at influencing across senior levels. Proven ability to build operational frameworks, manage budgets, and drive cross-functional alignment. Comfort working in dynamic, fast-paced environments and managing competing priorities. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and campaign performance analysis. Past experience working on integrated campaigns with expertise in end-to-end campaign development, execution, and measurement. Strong growth mindset, having an open mind to new ideas and growth opportunities.
