직원 문의 대응 및 HR 운영 관리, 복리후생 등록/변경/문의 처리, 신규 입사자 비자 및 해외 출장 비자 지원, 외부 벤더와의 HR 프로젝트 리드, 고용 관련 법규 준수 및 리스크 관리, 직원 핸드북 유지보수, 온보딩 프로세스 및 계약서/증명서 등 문서 관리, HR 정보 및 태스크 업데이트, 북미 지역 급여 준비 및 처리, 급여 프로세스 자동화 및 벤치마킹, HR 프로젝트 기획·개선·문서화, 신규 국가 오픈 시 HR 제도 구축 및 복리후생 운영

Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 8-15 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment. Strong knowledge of US law, HR policy, employment regulations, HR best practices. Experience managing employee lifecycle from onboarding to retention and exit. Thorough understanding of local, national, and international payroll regulations and tax laws. Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Proficiency in HR technology solutions such as HRIS, Payroll. Outstanding service mindset, excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Hands-on, doer, builder mindset.
