Tier 1 파트너/Enterprise Advertisers와의 기술 관계 관리 및 end-to-end 기술 프로젝트 수행. 프로액티브/리액티브 기술지원 제공 및 on-call 지원. 신규 API 출시, 대규모 통합 구축, 버그 수정 등 엔지니어링 프로젝트 리딩. 파트너 통합의 가용성을 위한 모니터링 시스템 개발·운영. Product Management 및 Engineering과 협업해 파트너 요구 반영. 도구·프로세스·문서 체계 정의. 크로스펑셔널 이니셔티브 주도 및 주니어 멘토링. AI 기반 솔루션과 자동화 발굴 및 배포.

4+ years of Support/Solution/Partner Engineering experience or integration experience; ideally at a large consumer tech platform. Experience leading technical partner/client calls. Experience integrating external APIs at scale using SDK's or writing custom client code. Ability to read and write complex scripts for data manipulation; must be familiar with a programming language such as Python or a shell scripting language. Ability to leverage AI to enhance work quality and decisions, and champion AI experimentation within the team. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
