필수: 12+ years of software engineering experience, 3+ years of engineering leadership experience, web platform technical ownership 경험, design systems/rendering frameworks/edge delivery/CI/CD/infrastructure 이해, React·TypeScript·Node.js 숙련, 라이브 프로덕션에서의 다층 아키텍처 의사결정 및 실행 경험, 프론트엔드 프레임워크 마이그레이션 경험, AI-native software development에 대한 명확한 관점, 기술 리더십 및 이해관계자 조율 역량, 기술 전환을 rigor와 execution discipline으로 추진한 경험. 우대: agentic systems 또는 LLM-powered tooling 경험.
