LATAM 계정 및 고객 대상으로 대형·복합 cross-functional program을 독립적으로 리드, PS&T 표준/맞춤형 프로그램의 full-cycle sales 수행, CoEs 및 migrations 관련 best practices 적용, 기존 고객 내 upsell/cross-sell 기회 발굴, Sales/GTM 팀과 협업해 지역 PS&T targets 우선순위 정렬, 고객 sentiment 모니터링 및 만족도 저하 시 corrective action 또는 escalation 수행, 성공적인 implementation과 value realization 지원
