E-core CPU Physical Design Engineer

차세대 Intel Atom 마이크로프로세서의 CPU Core 블록 구현. 합성부터 post-layout verification 및 tapeout까지 수행. custom constraints 작성, synthesis 및 APR 도구를 활용한 구현/최적화, floor-planning 및 routing, 블록/서브시스템 타이밍 분석, 저전력 기법 적용, physical verification closure, 데이터 분석 및 recipe 생성을 위한 스크립트 작성.

전기공학 또는 컴퓨터공학 학사/석사 학위 보유. CPU 물리설계 및 타이밍 검증 5년 이상 경력. Synthesis/APR 플로우, Tcl scripting, noise/cross-talk/OCV 분석, floor planning, physical design 및 timing closure, Formal equivalence, DRC/LVS, IR/EM check 경험 필요. 우대: 6년 이상, Fusion Compiler, DCT, DCE, ICC2, RedHawk, ICV, Conformal, Calibre, PrimeTime, StarRCXT 경험.
