지역별 sanctions manager 및 analyst 리드/육성, 조사 품질·일관성·처리량 관리, 글로벌 sanctions program의 전략 방향 수립, screening coverage/alert logic/escalation framework/quality assurance 총괄, 수동 워크플로우와 벤더 툴의 한계 분석 및 자동화 전환 로드맵 추진, Engineering·Product와 협업해 도구 설계 및 workflow automation 개선, audit trail/explainability/examiner-readiness 관점의 프로세스·시스템 변경 보장, 규제 감사 및 감독기관 질의 대응, 복잡한 casework 최종 escalation point 역할, 글로벌 제재 규정 변화 모니터링 및 프로그램 요구사항 반영, senior leadership 대상 프로그램 현황 및 성과 보고.

필수: sanctions compliance 또는 financial crimes 분야 10년 이상 경력, 지역 간 팀을 관리한 시니어 리더십 경험, OFAC/EU/HMT/UN 등 주요 글로벌 제재 체계와 sanctions screening methodology에 대한 깊은 전문성, sanctions program 운영 개선 실적, vendor platform 및 in-house/automated solutions 포함 sanctions tooling 평가·전환 경험, Engineering·Product와 tooling design/screening logic/workflow automation을 협업할 수 있는 역량, 규제기관·임원·엔지니어링 팀 등 다양한 이해관계자와 효과적으로 소통하는 역량, sanctions screening platforms 경험 및 AI-assisted screening tools에 대한 친숙함. 우대: CAMS 또는 동등 자격, regulatory examinations 또는 voluntary self-disclosure 처리 경험, 글로벌 결제 플랫폼/핀테크 대규모 환경 경험.
