자격 요건
필수: 시스템 보안 경력 8년 이상, 그중 펌웨어/하드웨어 보안 5년 이상; OpenBMC/BMC 펌웨어를 x86/Arm 환경에서 bring-up부터 production까지 수행한 경험; D-Bus/sdbusplus 실무 경험; C/C++ 및 Python 능숙; Linux user-space/kernel 기본기; Yocto/OpenEmbedded 숙련; secure mindset와 강한 디버깅/신뢰성 있는 코드 배포 경험; 팀 및 외부 벤더와의 명확한 커뮤니케이션과 cross-functional 리더십. 우대: OpenBMC/U-Boot/DMTF/OCP 업스트림 기여, out-of-band/in-band management 및 DMTF spec 이해, NIST SP 800-193 및 800-147/155 지식, Caliptra/OCP S.A.F.E./TPM/HRoT/SPDM 경험, Rust 또는 Zig 사용 경험, firmware 취약점 연구/리버스엔지니어링/fuzzing 경험, AI/ML 인프라 보안 경험.
