Agentic Platform의 전략과 로드맵 수립 및 우선순위 결정. managed agent runtime 설계 및 multi-step orchestration, durable execution, model gateway abstraction, governed tool invocation, per-agent guardrails 정의. 표준화된 bidirectional MCP connector 생태계 구축 및 connector SDK 전략 수립. knowledge graph, context graph, temporal memory로 구성된 intelligence layer 설계. offline eval, online LLM-as-judge, domain-specific judges, CI/CD quality gate를 포함한 evaluation 및 quality framework 구축. SDK, CLI, sandbox, templates, documentation을 갖춘 self-service developer experience 설계. platform built / domain built / citizen developer edge apps의 3단계 adoption 모델과 governance checkpoint, promotion pipeline 정의 및 확산 주도.

필수: 8년 이상 제품관리 경험, 그중 3년 이상 내부 플랫폼/인프라/개발자경험 제품 경험. 플랫폼과 애플리케이션의 차이를 이해하고 API 설계, developer ergonomics, self-service에 대한 관점을 보유해야 함. AI/ML 플랫폼, agent framework, LLM 기반 애플리케이션 또는 agentic system 구축 경험. agent runtime, RAG, evaluation의 중요성에 대한 이해. 아키텍처 다이어그램을 읽고 엔지니어와 sync/async, checkpointing, context window management 등의 기술적 트레이드오프를 논의할 수 있는 기술적 기반. SDK, CLI, templates, documentation, self-service workflow 설계 경험. 4개 이상 팀과 직책 권한 없이 협업을 이끈 경험. 전략 문서, PRD, executive brief 작성 능력. 모호한 문제를 정의하고 빠르게 변화하는 영역에서 로드맵을 설계할 수 있는 역량. 우대: Databricks, Lakehouse architecture, Unity Catalog, MLflow, Delta Lake, LangGraph, LangChain, MCP, A2A, AG-UI, LLM-as-judge, red-teaming, automated quality scoring, design system, component library, frontend platform, enterprise SaaS consolidation/migration 경험.
