자격 요건
필수: software/ML 엔지니어를 리드하거나 기술 멘토링한 경험, 특히 forward-deployed/solutions/customer-facing engineering 환경 경험 우대; pharma, biotech, computational biology, bioinformatics, clinical/regulatory affairs 관련 배경; production code를 읽고 쓸 수 있는 강한 hands-on engineering 역량; 외부 고객/파트너와 직접 기술 업무를 수행하고 기술 전문가 및 임원과 모두 소통할 수 있는 역량; large language models 또는 agents 위에 구축한 경험; 생소한 기술 도메인에 빠르게 깊게 파고드는 역량; reliability와 reproducibility에 대한 높은 기준; messy real-world data를 usable/trustworthy하게 만드는 tooling, data infrastructure, evals, agent harnesses 구축 경험. 우대: regulated 또는 enterprise 환경에 LLM/agent 시스템 배포 경험, MCP servers/developer tooling/scientific computing pipelines 구축 경험, 고객 대응 기술팀을 빠르게 성장시킨 경험.
