Sr Product Manager, Employee Experience

직원/매니저 통합 경험의 장기 전략 및 zero-to-one 비전 수립, People 기능에 맞춘 agentic workflow 및 자동화 제품 전략 수립, 개발팀·엔지니어링·People Operations·IT와 협업하여 지능형 자동화 워크플로우 설계/구축/배포, 채용·인재관리·성과관리 프로세스의 제품 오너십 수행, 성공 지표(adoption, efficiency, engagement, automation accuracy) 정의 및 데이터 기반 반복 개선, 경영진 및 크로스펑셔널 팀과의 정렬 및 전사적 제품 비전 전파.

필수: 5+년의 제품 관리 경험, specialized/highly technical/zero-to-one enterprise 또는 internal product 이력, human resources 및 people-process 기능에 대한 깊은 배경, hiring/talent acquisition/employee experience/performance management 실무 경험, agentic automation 및 LLM orchestration에 대한 hands-on 경험 또는 강한 기술 이해, 데이터 플랫폼·user-centered design·data-informed development·enterprise governance(RBAC/ABAC) 이해, 극도의 ambiguity 환경에서의 리더십과 협업 역량. 우대: Databricks 같은 데이터 플랫폼 위에서 custom productivity application 또는 automation layer 개발 경험, Workday/ServiceNow 등 HR core system의 API 제한과 integration surface에 대한 이해.
