Senior Anaplan Model Builder, GTM Strategy & Operations

Anaplan 모델 설계·개발·유지보수, headcount/quota/revenue forecasting/ROI 분석 지원, 요구사항 수집부터 테스트·배포·운영까지 엔드투엔드 모델 빌딩, 비즈니스 모델 오너 및 분석팀과 협업하여 확장 가능한 솔루션 설계, 자동화 기회 발굴, 모델 성능·사용성·감사 가능성·유지보수성 개선, SOX/control 및 governance 준수, Anaplan과 타 시스템 간 데이터 통합 구축 및 개선, 운영 이슈 트러블슈팅 및 근본 원인 분석, Hex/agentic coding tools/AI-assisted workflows를 활용한 분석·문서화·QA·디버깅 생산성 향상, 이해관계자 대상 기술 설명 및 문서화·교육 제공.

필수: Certified Anaplan Model Builder, 2+ years of hands-on Anaplan model-building experience, 5+ years of professional experience in sales operations/finance/planning systems/analytics/business systems or related field, planning/forecasting/reporting/operational process ownership or leadership experience, strong understanding of Anaplan model design/data flows/user access/testing/deployment best practices, experience with inbound and outbound data integrations between business systems, advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, foundational SQL knowledge, comfort with modern analytics and automation tools, willingness to incorporate AI into day-to-day workflows, strong communication skills, bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 우대: Certified Anaplan Solution Architect, Workato 또는 유사 ETL/iPaaS/workflow automation 경험, Anaplan Data Orchestrator 경험, HubSpot CRM 또는 다른 CRM 플랫폼 경험, headcount/quota/revenue/sales capacity/territory planning 경험, 다른 builders/analysts/business partners 멘토링 경험, sales operations/finance/customer success/GTM planning 프로세스 이해.
