Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy & Analytics

Pipeline Analytics & Reporting: 마케팅 파이프라인 대시보드, 리포팅 프레임워크, executive scorecard 운영 및 고도화. 캠페인/채널/지역/세그먼트/라이프사이클별 확장 가능한 분석 체계 구축. KPI 정의 및 측정 프레임워크 표준화. 성과 데이터 분석을 통한 트렌드/리스크/기회 도출 및 정기 인사이트 제공. Strategic Decision Support: 마케팅 리더십과 협업해 예산 배분, 캠페인 최적화, 타깃팅, GTM 전략에 대한 데이터 기반 권고 제공. 파이프라인 성과의 드라이버 분석, 분기 계획/예측/타깃 설정 지원, 투자 의사결정용 모델 및 시나리오 분석 수행. Marketing Performance Optimization: 세분화, 어트리뷰션, 퍼널 최적화, 캠페인 성과 개선 기회 발굴. Demand Gen, Campaign Ops, Digital Marketing, Sales Ops와 협업해 퍼널 건강도와 전환율 개선. Cross-Functional Leadership: Marketing/Revenue Operations/Finance/Sales 리더십에 자문 제공, 이해관계자 설득, 분석팀 리딩 및 멘토링. AI-enabled analytics and automation tools 활용.

필수: 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business strategy, revenue operations, or related analytical roles. Strong experience building pipeline, funnel, and marketing performance dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms. Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic business recommendations that drive measurable impact. Deep understanding of B2B marketing metrics including pipeline generation, conversion rates, attribution, CAC, ROI, funnel velocity, and revenue performance. Strong analytical and technical skills including SQL, Excel, and data modeling. Experience supporting forecasting, planning, and executive business reviews. Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in analysis and reporting. Experience partnering closely with Demand Generation, Campaign Operations, and Revenue Operations teams. 우대: Experience leveraging AI and automation to scale analytics and improve decision-making.
