Senior Program Manager, Release Management

제품 릴리즈부터 프로덕션 배포, GTM 활동 계획 수립 및 실행 관리, 제품 출시 일정과 마케팅 런치 성공을 위한 end-to-end release management, Product Management/Marketing/Operations/Legal/Security 등과의 협업, 복합적 운영 이슈 식별 및 해결, 분기별 마케팅 플랜 및 launch tiering 실행 지원, 제품 릴리즈 및 배포 활동 조율, 모든 이해관계자가 활용할 단일 기준 문서(single source of truth) 생성 및 유지, 모호한 문제에 대한 합의 도출과 의사결정 촉진

필수: 5+ years of program and project management experience, Bachelor's degree in relevant field, exceptional collaboration and communication skills, ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives, strategic thinking, experience with Google Sheets or related project management tools, ability to work in ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities, strong written and verbal communication, ability to meet critical business needs under time constraints. 우대/맥락상 요구: Product Marketing, Product Management, Technical Program Management, legal/security/ops 등과 협업 가능한 역량, 출시/릴리즈/마케팅 런치 관리 경험.
