Lead, Operations & Maintenance (O&M)

제어실 운영 총괄(기동·운전·정지·알람 대응·로그/규정 문서 검토), LM6000 기계 정비 지휘(borescope, combustor/TBC inspection, alignments, VBV/IGV actuator, lube oil, starter/clutch), 전기 정비 관리(13.8kV switchgear, generator breaker, exciter/AVR, relay calibration, black-start diesel, 480V MCCs, motor testing, IR thermography), I&C 점검 및 교정(진동·온도·압력·속도 센서, fire & gas systems, loop checks), 수처리/화학 운영(RO/demineralized water system, 수질 검사, 약품 주입, resin bed regeneration), 안전·허가(LOTO, hot work, confined-space), 정비 일정/예비품/CMMS/조달 관리, 유지보수 절차 및 개선 활동 추진.

필수: LM6000 aeroderivative turbines 직접 실무 경험 2~5년, Level 1/2/3 maintenance 자격 또는 이에 준하는 역량, 1~2년 이상 감독/리더십 경험, Control Room Operations·Mechanical·Electrical·I&C·Water Treatment/Chemistry 5개 분야 역량, LM6000 P&IDs 및 electrical one-line diagrams 해석 능력, CMMS 시스템 활용 능력, 운전면허 및 배경조사/약물검사/호흡기 적합성/신체검사 통과 가능. 우대: LM6000 Level 1/2/3 Maintenance Certification, DCS Maintenance & Troubleshooting, NFPA 70E Electrical Safety, Vibration Analyst Category II 이상, 산업 운영관리 리더십 경험.
