대규모 분산 시스템과 데이터 중심 플랫폼의 백엔드 설계·개발·운영, 스트리밍 아키텍처 기반의 데이터 पाइ프라인 구축 및 최적화, 고처리량·저지연 시스템의 안정성/성능 개선, 멀티클라우드 또는 클라우드 네이티브 환경에서 서비스 배포·운영, 팀 내 기술 방향 제시 및 코드 리뷰를 통한 품질 기준 확립, 제품·디자인·타 기능과 협업하여 기술적 의사결정 지원, 팀 시스템/프로세스에 대한 오너십을 가지고 실행 주도

필수: 5+ years of backend engineering experience with distributed systems and data-heavy platforms, Strong backend engineering experience with JVM-based languages (Java, Kotlin preferred), Experience with data-heavy platforms and streaming architectures, Hands-on work with Kafka, Kinesis, SQS, Flink or similar event streaming systems, Understanding of CDC, backpressure management, delivery semantics, resilient data pipelines, Proven ability to operate and optimize systems at scale, Experience designing for high throughput and low latency complex distributed workflows, Multi-cloud or cloud-native infrastructure experience (AWS, GCP, or both), Familiarity with S3, object storage, message queues, infrastructure-as-code, building platform capabilities for internal teams, Ownership and leadership, Technical excellence and direction, Collaboration, decision-making and influence. 우대: 명시 없음.
