Product, Engineering, Compliance와 협의하여 Atlassian Government Cloud 발전을 위한 약관 작성. 계약 drafting부터 execution까지 redlining, exhibit coordination, approval escalation, record management, post-execution support 및 compliance 수행.

필수: 6+ years of public sector SaaS agreement negotiation experience, 특히 SLED 및 Federal Civilian 고객 경험. FedRAMP compliance 및 contracting familiarity. federal, state, education procurement processes 이해. GSA, CA SLP, NY OGS 등 contract vehicles 이해. 바쁜 commercial legal team을 위한 효율적 프로세스 개발·유지 경험. 우수한 business judgment, strong communication skills, 다양한 팀과 유연하게 협업할 수 있는 능력. competing priorities가 있는 dynamic environment에서의 대응 능력. 새로운 책임 영역을 맡을 의지. contracts administration function에서 escalation 필요 상황을 식별하고 적절히 판단할 수 있는 sound judgment. 우대: government cloud offerings 지원 경험.
